Disability Benefits

Short-term and/or long-term disability plans are offered. In the event, you become disabled from a non-work related injury or sickness, disability income benefits are provided as a source of income.

Life Insurance

Best provides full-time employees with $10,000 group life and accidental death coverage at no cost to the employee. Voluntary life insurance is also available.

401(K) Savings Plan

Eligibility begins at date of hire; employees can contribute up to 75% of paycheck on a pre-tax basis. Company matches 30% up to 8% of contribution.

Employee Assistance Program

This program provides confidential counseling to help address personal issues facing employees and their dependents, including work-life services. Staffed by experienced clinicians with advanced degrees, this service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and there is no cost to employees.

The Employee Assistance Program can help with issues and concerns regarding: emotional and mental health, family, relationships and marriage, workplace conflicts, substance abuse, financial troubles and legal issues.
